2.  Choose a Destination

This is the most exciting part.  Without the services of Destination Wedding Design couples often spend months searching the web for potential ideas.  The amount of information available is overwhelming.  We have a quick and easy survey that will help you define the ideal destinations based on your personal preferences.  We assure you that we will help you choose the finest destination and resort that fulfills your needs and that of your group.
There is no substitute for professional firsthand experience.

3.  Review resort options & confirm a group rate

Don't risk trying to negotiate contracts with resorts directly. You can be confident that our experience and buying power will get you the best group pricing.

4.  Coordinate your group travel

This is the best part!  We coordinate travel arrangements.  The bride certainly should not be bothered to have to coordinate booking payments with family and friends.  We do the work for you.  Your  “save-the-date” will advise guests to contact us directly and from that point on we will work with each guest ,personally, to satisfy their travel requirements.

5.  Plan and coordinate the wedding

Destination Wedding Design will 
coordinate and consult on a variety of exciting wedding options.  
Perhaps you want to be married barefoot in the sand or in a private garden gazebo?  We will help oversee every arrangement and act as a liaison between the local resort wedding coordinator and you. Save yourself the stress!

6.  Wedding Day coordination

If you like, we will accompany your wedding group and make sure every detail runs like clockwork and that everyone is in the right place with a smile on their face.

7.  Additional functions

Welcome parties, golf outings, spa days or ,anything else you can think of, that can be done at a destination we will be happy to organize and coordinate.
